Cheyenne Technical Services, Inc. (CTS, Inc.) was formed as an inspection firm specializing in vessel, piping, and tank inspection services in January 2009. The co-founders of the firm David L. Rector, President, an American Petroleum Institute (API) certified Inspector with 20+ years of progressive and responsible experience in the inspection field, and Joan Rector, Vice-President, an office manager of 25+ employees with 10 years of progressive and responsible experience in the inspection field. David and Joan share the responsibility for soliciting clients, marketing, and promotion.

The firm specializes in providing corrosion monitoring and visual inspection to our clients. State-of-the-art software and equipment is an integral part of the business. Implementation of a quality control and assurance program will provide a focus for quality reports.
